SEC claims that Ethereum blockchain now falls within US jurisdiction primarily due to the centralization of validators within the US whom process all transactions. Nothing less than fantastic news!!! A terrific day for DeFi, dApp etc. Home run! :-)

Ethereum merge basically killed its allure. Highly centralized now. If EthPoW, ETC, RVN get any attention, scam or not, it may split captial in the market. Lido and Coinbase basically own what now happens on Ethereum chain. That centralization of validators makes it easy for a centralized government(s) to exert regulation and influence control. Some will suggest that's good, I'd say Bitcoin just became that much more valuable.
