Price action trading

Price action reading is the an accurate tool when it comes to trading currencies, indexes and commodities. Prices are ruled by offer and demand that can be easily interepreted on any timeframe. The Market is clustured in two areas,  one for buyers and one for sellers, each area has its own type of prices for buyers and for sellers. Price action trading implies a correct interpretation on which area you are trading. A trader must also identify the different prices: entry, exit and conditional price before planning and entry. 
The price action unlike indicators, works differently on days with macroeconomic data. The market discounts the impact on the market during the day or even hours before the release. Prices might impact differently and even the opposite to the forecast and the outcome information.
