American CuMo Mining Corporation is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in identifying, acquiring, and developing natural resource opportunities in the United States and Canada. It focuses on the CuMo molybdenum project, located in Idaho, in the United States. The CuMo Project is situated in the mountains of south-central Idaho, approximately 15 miles northeast of the town of Idaho City. The project consists of approximately eight unpatented mineral claims. Its Calida property is located approximately 24 miles south of Salmon, Idaho and 5 miles west of Highway 28 within the Mormon Canyon area. The property includes around 53 unpatented lode mining claims containing approximately 160 acres. Its Bleiberg Zinc-Germanium-Lead-Fluorite-Cadmium Mine Complex is a deposit, which consists of approximately 116 exploration licenses totaling about 6,582.4 hectares. Its other properties include Spruce Mountain, Adair and Boise, among others.
