The Company owns, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, 100% of the Kay Mine Project (the Kay Mine Project), located in Yavapai County, Arizona, United States, and 100% of the Sugarloaf Peak Gold Project (the Sugarloaf Peak Project) located in La Paz County, Arizona, United States. It owns 100% of approximately 1,330 acres of patented and unpatented claims covering and surrounding the past-producing Kay Mine, located in Yavapai County, Arizona, approximately 50 miles north of Phoenix. The Sugarloaf Peak Gold Project is located on approximately 4,412 acres of BLM claims in La Paz County, Arizona. The Sugarloaf Peak Project is located in La Paz County, Arizona, approximately 10 kilometers west-southwest of Quartzsite, Arizona, on the eastern side of the Dome Rock Mountains in southwestern Arizona.
