All unitholders may get premium shares if deal
$30 👍👎
So what happens if this gets bought NY Brookfield? Will it be delisted from the exchange?
I think the increase was due to the acquisition may be now it will be steady
Dont sell!!!
will there be much more upside considering it's at the price Brookfield wants to buy it at?
What a beaut
hhhh
$24 soon
I'm worried about a dividend cut. I'd hope the new man Mark Carney would find a way to stop it. He's too smart and Brookfield is too big to risk a BPY.UN crash. If a cut is last resort maybe it won't be a big cut to avert a crash?
No cuts relax
exactly no cut. chill. bpy has enough to support the year. easy. bam won't down shareholders either
Nobody cutting
Whats going on with JC Penny!?
Done deal, $800M price tag
no was 300 M
Solid dividend stock with huge long-term growth potential. Pandemics are temporary. And they sit on $5-6B in cash at any given time. And they have the backing of a giant parent company. Any downside or income shock is temporary.
Yup i wish i could buy more with rei
buy before august 28!!! watch in two years this will be back to $27 easy!!!
On Jul 9 i said BPY will be flat until the time corona subsides, now is that time. Clear your other trades and move here for moderate growth and big dividends.
Was written at $11.99 usd
I bought 755 shares lets gooo
How stable is this dividend? Looking at a payout ratio of 112%. That is trouble in my opinion
They wont cut it
why is anyone selling this ? rentals go up in price in recessions more people forclose and sell there houses and privately owned multi family buildings which in turn real estate giants like this can buy privately owned apartments with no downside potential after a collapse they have a large surplus of cash? you guys think that if there was a major collapse Brookfield will stand by and watch or will they use common sense and use there surplus of cash to buy under valued properties or build properties hence making the company alot more larger when the time pandemic ends
especially commercial companies yes companies go out of business small realestate company's that can't afford to take a hit from not having clients will have to sell to the only people that have money the real estate giants. so much irrational desperation moves in the markets for no reason lately
Bcpy sending offers tenders to set $12 USD purchase price per unit
Even I got tender offer. Should hold or sell in tender?
Even I got tender offer. Should hold or sell in tender?
Dont sell it will pass that easy
next 10-12 years this will drop again to 12 something a share just be ready to fill up!!! or buy now get dividends and sell before 9 years and wait on the side lines. for next "problem" that comes up.
With BAM backing them up, the risk of default is very low. Flat for now, but once corona backs off again this will jump. Buy in now for dividends, buy in a bit later if you have some other trades in the short term.
waiting for 12.75 before buying
lol
be waiitng till your retired
Waiting for $12 before buying in.
$12.65 my number
Did you get any? If you missedmit by a hair sorry.
all in
This still a decent buy.. Or people think there might be a commercial property surplus??
It is lagging because of malls story. Yet all their mall assets are premier quality. Question is will wealthier people will stop shopping. (laugh here and buy)
what is the biggest difference between this and H&R Reit? thanks!
If it for the dividend Brookfield has less of a risk of cutting because it would effect the parent company's income. Watch the payout ratios. H&R is above 100 percent. Slate Office (SOT.UN) cut last year and has a 65% payout and no risk to retail. 97% of tenants paid their rent.
