Decent investment to hold on to through 2026. Will likely change through 2026 to 2030 with large die-off and changes in demographics. Keep watch on any news of restructuring later this year.

you have to be careful about REITs in tfsa because their income is derived by monthly charges and results in wonky taxation and doesnt properly shelter monthly interest derived dividends. you will be screwed at tax time if u hold this in your tfsa over ur rrsp.

2018 7% of canadien population is over 55. Statistics canada claims that in 2020 that number will be 11%. So in contrast this is a great tfsa income stock. It's like movie theaters it always exists.
