why would it get delisted? Alot of REIT stocks sadly don't pay thier shareholders dividends and they should be delisted

4th quarter results out feb 20.. for now they are set to pay 10 cents.

Doesn't look good long term, revenues are dropping, commodity based with some declining markets.
