Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp., an exploration stage company, engages in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in the Americas. It explores for gold and silver deposits. The company holds a 100% interest North Birch project that covers an area of 3,850 hectares located in northwestern Ontario; and the Argosy gold mine project comprising 44 patented claims and 17 mining licenses of occupation covering an area of 604 hectares located in the Red Lake Mining division of northwestern Ontario. The company was formerly known as Newrange Gold Corp. and changed its name to Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp. in April 2024. Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
