So from what im hearing 55-56 is everyones target price. Should i take my 15% profit and find another stock?
if you aren't in for div inc I'd take profit and wait for a pull. Line catalyst will cause a spike but other than that, the run has been strong enough for an exit. LT horizon nothing beats this name in tfsa imo
What do uou think about ER this friday ?
Pretty safe bet, more focused on growth. Er may not be amazing but their forward looking statements should be good.
i wonder how the weather will impact their next quarterly with winter gas consumption as low as it is.
Neil the do not fluctuate based on commodity price. they get paid y volume.
Hes saying its been warmer than usual (at least in Ontario) so there will be less natural gas usage.
yes. nov-may contract holders are all in sellback mode in the Eastern Canada market. Dawn storage has hardly been touched
i wonder how the weather will impact their next quarterly with winter gas consumption as low as it is.
wow , love this stock.
Yeah this thing is a beauty, bought at 46, sold everything and then bought back in. Going to be a great year for this stock.
Environmental assessment valid. Goooood place to be rn folks. Lock in before one of these lines is built and thank yourself later. In the fairly likely event that recession kicks this year's ass. This is where you want to be if gold ain't your jam.
I love this stock..bought in the $46 range and haven't looked back
When are dividends dished out? Just curious.
If it follows its usual trend than you can expect february 15
they don't seen to have the nost consistent dividend history. That beibg said, when they do pay dividends it is ALWAYS on the first day of a new quarter.
I pulled some cream @ 52. Could go higher, but I wanted some extra liquidity coming out of the santa rally this yr. Still long here with everyone I know, but I'll dip back in with a trading position again around 50 or couple weeks before ex div, whatever comes first. Never the stress of other cdn energy names here. Smart money, nice sheets.
solid company. great fixed income option. #longevity
safe utility, great dividend, good income generation
gotta love a beat in these trying times! touched 50 again without any catalyst from line projects, IMO moneys flowing out of havens and back into div inc and growth rn on data. Get here before a line catalyst for some solid growth potential to go with those tfsa divs.
this stock has by far exceeded all my other holdings in a short time period. except for the quick scalping on cannabis stocks. this is a sure steady way to get rich over the long haul.
trading hault?
Hi, this stock seems really interesting because of it's high yield. i was wondering though, how could i know how much investestor actually get the yield return? i mean i know the preffered stock goes first, and then for the normal stock? how can we know that we are guaranteed to receive dividends each quarters? I mean it's possible that they did not make enough money to send dividends to enough investors right?
if that ever happened, the stock would get destroyed. think.... $1 a share haha
as far a "safe" cdn energy play goes, this is it. only 5% exposure to crude flux and stats like anyone that's owned this for 10yr has never lost money make it attractive in these turbulent times.
47still good buy?
absolutely. that dividend is all you'll need
38 good buy waiting
38? not happening bud.
he meant usd
Fav name rn hands down. a At this price a deal. Any posi news from line 3, 5 or TM will push this past 50 imo...oh and it pays double what a "high interest savings account" will give u for the 6 month promo rate LOL!
it pays 6x what a high interest savings account pays. not double.
depends if we're talking the somewhat infamous 2.95% 6-month promo rate on offer from most Canadian majors to entice new capital
regardless, this is smart money.
No divident declaration till now. Is the div safe?
Dividend is safe! Ex dividend date is Aug. 14
Totaly
good buy at $44!
even better at 42.. that's where this seems to be heading
a good price is a good price. trying to perfect timing is pointless.
don't know were u expect it to go just buy low and hang on to itit's a keeper
Whatever man you dont know what you're saying
I would really appricate if ENB started getting some traction its become pretty lack lustre in the last while
...shit news cycles for a few weeks is all. Environmental impact argument is a delay; A tunnel that removes pipe from water is logic tight..just a matter of time, and enough spent on biologist grants for a new impact assessment that backs it up imo
that pipeline delay meant the stock tanked $7. a bit of an over reaction. good buy now
this is what real investors put their money into . That 6.29% dividend is solid. they have huge cashflow and lots of projects under way that will completed in the near future ! BUY!!
I couldn't agree more! Solid name. Solid sheets. Solid direction. I'm breaking some personal weighting rules and increasing both long and trade positions at these prices. Smart money here.
I imagine that the approval news bodes well here. Should infuse a little optimism for some recovery imo
I bought 200 shares @ $45. I plan to keep it long term.
The balance sheet, divs, 5% exposure to crude flux, utility nature of the revs make this a buy at anything below 48 imo. pipes will get done when they get done
what's a good buy point now?
