European Residential REIT (ERES REIT) is a Canada-based open-ended real estate investment trust. The Trust objectives are to provide unitholders with long-term, stable and cash distributions; Grow Adjusted Funds from Operations (AFFO) and unit value through the active management of its properties, acquisitions of European, residential properties and financial management. It owns and operates a portfolio of multi-residential properties, including apartments and townhomes, as well as commercial properties in Europe. It owns and operates over 6,900 residential suites across the Netherlands and 450,911 square feet of gross leasable area (GLA) across one commercial property in Germany. Its partners include European Residential Management and Maple Knoll Capital. The growing multi-residential portfolio is located across the Netherlands and is asset and property managed by European Residential Management. Commercial properties are situated in Belgium and Germany and managed by Maple Knoll.
