Giyani Metals Corp. is a Canada-based battery metal development company. The Company is a low-carbon producer of manganese sulphate precursor materials directly from manganese oxide ore, used by battery manufacturers for the electric vehicle (EV) market. The Company is focused on advancing its manganese assets within the Kanye Basin in southeastern Botswana, Africa (Kanye Basin Prospects) through its wholly owned Botswana subsidiary Menzi Battery Metals (Pty) Ltd. The Company’s Kanye Basin Prospects consist of approximately eight prospecting licenses and include the past producing Kgwakgwe Hill mine and project, referred to as K.Hill, the Otse manganese prospect, and the Lobatse manganese prospect. It covers approximately 2,588 Square Kilometers (km2) in south-eastern Botswana.
