Oz Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Company delivers a sizeable prospective lithium, gold and base metals footprint, comprising seven tenements split up into five distinct projects Nortia, Cuprite West and East, Tyche, and Beatons River in the Pilbara region. The Nortia Project comprised of approximately 19 blocks totaling over 5,510 hectares is located 30 kilometers east of the historic mining town of Nullagine. The Cuprite West and East Project comprise two tenements (109 square kilometers), circa 50 kilometers northwest of Marble Bar. The Tyche Project sits over the two stratigraphic units of the Fortescue Group which comprise the Hardey and Kylena Formations. The Beatons River Project is comprised of two tenements that total 335 square kilometers. The Company’s projects also include Fortuna Project.
