NFI Group Inc. is a Canada-based independent global bus manufacturer that provides a suite of mass transportation solutions. The Company operates through two segments: Manufacturing Operations and Aftermarket Operations. The Manufacturing Operations segment is engaged in manufacturing, servicing, and supporting of transit buses, coaches, medium-duty, and cutaway buses. The Aftermarket Operations segment is engaged in the sale of aftermarket parts for transit buses, coaches, and medium duty/cutaway buses. It operates through its brands, including New Flyer (heavy-duty transit buses), Alexander Dennis Limited (ADL) (single and double-deck buses), Plaxton (motor coaches), MCI (motor coaches), ARBOC Specialty Vehicles, LLC (ARBOC) (low-floor cutaway and medium-duty buses) and NFI Parts (aftermarket parts sales). The Company offers a range of drive systems, including zero-emission electric (trolley, battery, and fuel cell), natural gas, electric hybrid, and clean diesel.
