iv been asking the same thing everywhere, no one will or can give a concrete answer!!This is frustrating, don't know whether to pull my money with loss or wait it out. And considering HEXO has been going up....

Id like to know as well... I was hoping this acquisition would make HIP move back up in the $3+ range like last year. Cant make as much off a $8+ stock as you can a $.50 stock :(

well rob that logic isnt exactly sounds. HEXO going to save your investment. HIP is a penny stock had 1 good month. HeXO has future growth. you have a possibility of seeing 30 a share. which would bring bad HIP investments to the green

I understand what your saying Nick. I don't know anything about hexo. So that's why reason for my comment. Not even sure when this acquisition is taking place. or if I should keep hexo shares or just take a loss on hip and forget about it...

Can someone tell me what this means because i dont get it, does this mean im going to get paid 0.06332 a share and then im done or do my shares carry over to HEXO Under the terms of the deal announced early Wednesday, Newstrike shareholders will be offered 0.06332 of a Hexo share for each share held. If the transaction goes through, Newstrike shareholders would own 14 per cent of the combined company.

Ok i just found out about the shares, its confusing for me to explain but you will get hexo shares, just got off the phone with the investing guy at the bank so everythjng is all good.

eventually... from what I've been told, hip owners receive hexo shares at a ratio of .06332. Multiply number of your shares with .06332. That gives you total amount of hexo shares you will eventually receive. I just don't know when this is going to take place...
