New Age Metals Inc. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration and development company, which is focused on the discovery, exploration and development of green metal projects in North America. The Company operates through two divisions: a Platinum Group Metals (PGM) division and a Lithium/Rare Element division. The PGM Division includes the 100% owned River Valley Project. The Project is situated approximately 100 kilometers (kms) by road east of Sudbury, Ontario. In addition to River Valley, it owns 100% of the Genesis PGM-Cu-Ni Project located in Northeastern Chugach Mountains, 75 road miles North of the city of Valdez, Alaska. The Lithium Division is one of the mineral claim holders in the Winnipeg River Pegmatite Field, where the Company is exploring for hard rock lithium and various rare elements such as tantalum and rubidium. The Lithium Project includes Lithium One, Lithman East, Lithman West, Lithman North, Lithium Two, Lithium East Extension and Cat Lake Lithium Project.
