The Company's primary focus in the natural resource sector is gold. Its property holdings consist of Vernal Property, Moss Mine Property, Windy Peak Property and Rainbow Mountain Property. The Vernal Property is located approximately 140 miles east-southeast of Reno, Nevada, on the west side of the Shoshone Mountains. It holds the property through approximately 12 unpatented mining claims over 248 acres. The Moss Mine Property is located in the Oatman Mining District of Mohave County Arizona. The Windy Peak Property consists of about 114 unpatented mineral claims covering approximately 2,337 acres, three miles north-northeast of Bell Mountain. The Rainbow Mountain gold project consists of about 81 unpatented lode claims totaling approximately 1,620 contiguous acres, located about 23 kilometers southeast of Fallon, in the state of Nevada.
