Actually called the company spokeswoman there & I cracked up laughing. Management has been selling stock because they committed funds to a charity. I kid you not. This charity begins at home, the CEOs home. He literally robbed the companies money. it's a penny stock after the new year, bankrupt in March

Yeah thats a tell tale sign a few shares here and there when times are good..but if theyre dumping them like yesterdays trash that tells you theyre trying to maxamize on a high…doesnt mean they wouldnt buy back in low but still big red flag for near term
