Spearmint Resources Inc. is a Canada-based junior resource exploration company. The Company’s principal business activities include acquiring and exploring exploration and evaluation assets. Its projects include Goose Gold, Perron-East Gold, Escape Lake North Platinum Group Metals (PGM), McGee Lithium Clay Deposit, Elon Lithium Brine, Green Clay Lithium and Chibougamau Vanadium. The Goose Gold Project is approximately 185 acres in size, located in Newfoundland, Canada. The Perron-East Gold Project consists of five mineral claim blocks covering approximately 11,608 acres located in the Abitibi greenstone belt of northwestern Quebec. The Escape Lake North PGM project is located in Ontario, Canada, consisting of approximately 4,000 contiguous acres. It has three separate claim blocks in Nevada that are prospective for lithium, McGee Lithium Clay Project, Green Clay Lithium Project and Elon Lithium Brine Project, covering an aggregate area of approximately 3,164 acres.
