Greenhawk Resources Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and mining company, which has activities in Greenland. The Company owns a 100% interest in two mineral exploration licenses and one prospecting license in Greenland known as the Storo Gold Project. The Storo Gold Project is located approximately 40 kilometers (km) northeast of Nuuk, the capital of Greenland. The project is located on the 12 square kilometers mineral exploration license number 2014/11 and hosts an inferred mineral resource of approximately 885,000 tons. The Storo Gold Project facilitates exploration and provides access for mining and ice-free shipping.
