Management is too worried about making themselves look good enough for their next job and the employees hate it there. everyone is out for themselves.This company needs a management rework. I believe he's been there since 2007 so what can he show as return on equity. Relative performance to other companies in this sector is very very poor. They had to go through COVID and probably all sorts of issues during the past 13 years, Relative performance poor, overall terrible earnings and when lumber prices at all time high. When do you expect to show results when lumber is up the next cycle.
