debt free by June and all their idled mills running again?
sold all my WEF bought NOVR no regrets
Lumber price is through the roof, but this one doesnt move
great job boss
market moved 1 cent
no hope with this ceo
I dont see any reasons why we won't have this Nov record reveune well unless the ceo is had enough collecting +2mill a year for his low performance. No excuses left this time....
3 months to get their house in order and show some good sales.
I still have faith in this company even when historical performance of management is telling me otherwise...
I basically forced myself to buy more everytime it went down and I have it as core holding in two accounts, it should go up by next two quarters to 1.80 level and if they redo the 5% div plus 5%.share buybacks thats 10% return with realtively low risk.
it should go up plus 10% or we might see a big pop on coming earning numbers. I agree the company is solid, sector is good, but CEO and all directors must be replaced.
The company is solid, it's not going anywhere but your right Bearmountain. Management is too worried about making themselves look good enough for their next job and the employees hate it there. everyone is out for themselves. This company needs a management rework. I'd like to see it make some money so I can too. Been holding this bag long enough.I am glad to see it is going positive, but there is very little confidence.
supervisors and low level management are followers what needs to be excellent is the ceo with clear vision where to take this company. I believe he's been there since 2007 so what can he show as return on equity. Long term shareholders in red so clearly after all this long time we can conclude the company is not shareholder friendly or its not well run for shareholders.
I wonder how they calculate management compensation and if its benchmarked to the stock price when it was 0.58 cents. Or give each other stock options at lesser price 🤔 I dont 3xpect the stock options to be given close $2 where most long term investors probably paid.
not far off from price leaving this value stock to its ceo and hard working directors.
on a green day it doesn't go up with the rest and one red day drops more than others...sign of greatness 🙌
there isn't any confidence. All happy when it's up and jumping ship when its shaky
any news for the 6% drop..what did the idiot do this time?
pathetic relative performance and the jocky is been riding this horse from 2007 time to vote him out with his poor performing directors.
lumber heading for $1000 US in cad we passed the 1000 mark and the smart boy not making meaningful return on equity for shareholders. The whole group need to be fired. I'm stuck with the worse performer by miles. I guess there is no large equity fund who can hold the management accountable for this poor performance.
staff don't seem happy on social media, long term investors are not happy who the fk is happy here??????
how can a ceo stay in position for so long when they can't show anything good they have done for shareholders for such a long time. did they accumlate too many shares to be like owning the company with their paid compensation.
idiots need to bring back the divy to get the stock price up....14 years of nothing. Millions in wages received for nothing.
Yea I'm not sure what management is doing there. The only saving grace is that the lumber market is rising. I've been bag holding on this one and will be glad to reduce my position
lumber at prices I have never seen before everything else is gone up 2mill a year wages plus bonuses plus god knows what for 14 years. no one questioning? directors in the same boat they are suppose to protect our investment what a joke.
even a useless one cent divy can help to compensate long term shareholders...we wait 20 years to make up the 50% loss on investment.
Seems to be moving now :)
we need to reward the ceo for this 20% rise....great vision.
good old 5% share buybacks to keep long term investors happy being down 50% after 14 years ....great return on investment....Mr CEO.
Oct 21 2007 $2.0 To Aug 01 2020 $1.0  plus minus in 13 years Question to top management what have you done to build the business? all businesses go through difficulties and they need plan accordingly for risks. Relative performance to other companies in this sector is very very poor. They had to go through COVID and probably all sorts of issues during the past 13 years, Relative performance poor, overall terrible earnings and when lumber prices at all time high. When do you expect to show results when lumber is up the next cycle.
time to fire the management price dropped from 3 to $1 in few years and yes there is always excuses.
Should be all up from here on. First full quarter of full operation and they just started buying back their own shares.
i don't underatand why it hasn't moved
have you checked passed performance of management maybe there you will find your answers.
