The fund is managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors. It invests in fixed income markets of developed countries across the globe. The fund invests directly and in other funds to invest in U.S. dollar denominated investment grade corporate bonds issued by U.S. and non-U.S. corporate issuers, that are rated BBB- or higher by S&P or Fitch or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s. It invests in corporate bonds that will mature after March 31, 2015 and before April 1, 2016.
