1. All of the fund's assets will be only assets allowed to buy and hold in an Israeli FOF, which are: open-end fund units, excluding FOF units, no less than 75%. Term deposits and cash. 2. At least 75% will be units managed by the fund manager, excluding FOF units. 3. All the units held in the fund will not have exposure to equities. 4. Weighted average maximal exposure to foreign currency in each of the funds held by the fund will not exceed 50%. 5. Weighted average actual exposure to bonds traded in Israel, will not be less than 50%. 6. Weighted average actual exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 30% and will not be less than (-30%). 7. There will be no exposure to credit risk of banking corporates and brokers which are not included in the first credit risk group. 8. The fund manager will not buy or create for the fund options and futures and will not do short transactions, security lending and re-sale deals.
