** Royal Bank of Canada RY.TO and Toronto-Dominion Bank TD.TO will appear before a panel at the Ontario Securities Commission on Friday seeking to settle new allegations that their traders used confidential customer information to gain a potential advantage in foreign exchange transactions that took place between 2011 and 2013. Duncan Davies, the Chief Executive Officer of Canada's Interfor Corp IFP.TO , announced on Monday that he will step down from the position at the end of 2019. ($1 = 1.3275 Canadian dollars)
