TABLE-S.Korea's September coal imports down 11.7 pct y/y

SEOUL, Oct 15 (Reuters) - South Korea's coal imports fell 11.7 percent to 11.6 million tonnes in September from a year earlier, according to customs data released on Monday.

Total coal imports are composed of steam coal for power generation and coking coal for steel production.
