Ethereum Climbs 12.46% In Rally

Investing.com - Ethereum was trading at $1,221.41 by 19:34 (00:34 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Saturday, up 12.46% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage gain since Sunday, January 3, 2021.

The move upwards pushed Ethereum's market cap up to $138.92B, or 14.80% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest, Ethereum's market cap was $159.04B.

Ethereum had traded in a range of $1,207.41 to $1,234.34 in the previous twenty-four hours.

Over the past seven days, Ethereum has seen a rise in value, as it gained 4.72%. The volume of Ethereum traded in the twenty-four hours to time of writing was $42.69B or 27.37% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $1,045.0182 to $1,437.4194 in the past 7 days.

At its current price, Ethereum is still down 15.03% from its all-time high of $1,437.42 set on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.

Elsewhere in cryptocurrency trading

Bitcoin was last at $32,659.0 on the Investing.com Index, up 5.55% on the day.

Tether was trading at $1.0019 on the Investing.com Index, a gain of 0.09%.

Bitcoin's market cap was last at $606.22B or 64.58% of the total cryptocurrency market cap, while Tether's market cap totaled $24.81B or 2.64% of the total cryptocurrency market value.
