In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.66% or 0.32 to $48.56 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.90% or 0.45 to hit $50.64 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.29% or 3.85 to trade at $1313.25 a troy ounce.
EUR/NGN was up 2.98% to 362.200, while USD/NGN unchanged 0.00% to 315.500.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.23% at 95.60.
