Nov 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Wednesday:
** Australia's FAR Ltd FAR.AX said it will exit the troubled $4.2 billion Sangomar oil project off Senegal's shore, agreeing to sell its 15% stake to a unit of India's ONGC Videsh Ltd ONVI.NS for $45 million. BrightSphere Investment Group BSIG.N is exploring a sale of its majority stake in Landmark Partners, a private equity fund investment firm that could be worth around $1 billion, people familiar with the matter said. Great Canadian Gaming Corp GC.TO said that Apollo Global Management APO.N would acquire the company for about C$2.16 billion ($1.66 billion) through funds managed by its affiliates. London-listed investment company The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (TRIG) said it has acquired a 14.3% indirect equity interest in East Anglia One, a 714 megawatt wind farm located off the coast of Suffolk in the North Sea. Italy's biggest payments group Nexi NEXII.MI said it had agreed with nordic rival Nets to extend to Nov. 16 the deadline for exclusive talks for a potential merger between the two groups.
