Jan 4 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2045 GMT on Monday:

** Partech Partners online investment platform is aiming to take a stake in the fast-growing operator of Czech online food retailer rohlik.cz, a filing released by the Czech antitrust office showed. Fiat Chrysler (FCA) and PSA said that investors had given their blessing to a $52 billion merger to create the world's fourth largest automaker, and shares in the new company, named Stellantis, would start trading in two weeks. Canada's Brookfield Asset Management Inc BAMa.TO said it had offered to buy the remaining stake in its commercial real estate business, Brookfield Property Partners LP , BPY.O in a $5.9 billion deal. Health insurer Centene Corp CNC.N said it has agreed to buy Magellan Health Inc MGLN.O in a $2.2 billion deal including debt, looking to build up its mental health services as more Americans struggle with COVID-19-related behavioral and anxiety issues. Ladbrokes (LON:LCL) owner Entain ENT.L said that an $11 billion takeover approach from U.S. casino operator MGM Resorts MGM.N significantly undervalued its business, as companies move to capitalise on an expected boom in U.S. sports betting. Industrial conglomerate Teledyne Technologies Inc TDY.N said it will acquire thermal imaging camera supplier FLIR Systems Inc FLIR.O in a $8 billion cash-and-stock deal to beef up its portfolio of imaging sensor technology. Dental technology supplier Dentsply Sirona Inc XRAY.O has acquired Byte, a maker of custom teeth aligners, for $1.04 billion in cash, the companies said. Plumbing parts distributor Ferguson Plc FERG.L said it has agreed to sell its UK-focused business to a private investment firm for about 308 million pounds ($421.65 million), allowing the group to focus solely on its main U.S. business. Finland's Neste NESTE.HE has bought a minority stake in privately-held chemical recycling technology company Alterra Energy, enabling the pair to introduce the U.S. firm's technology to Europe. Japan's beer maker Kirin Holdings 2503.T will invest $30 million in New Delhi-based B9 Beverages, the companies said, as it seeks to secure a spot in India's growing craft beer market amid falling sales at home. Financial firm PT MNC Kapital Indonesia BCAP.JK has acquired a controlling stake in New York-based brokerage Auerbach Grayson & Company, previously owned by Egypt's Beltone Financial Holding BTFH.CA , the Indonesian firm said in a statement. Italian healthcare company Angelini said it would buy Swiss-based private equity-backed Arvelle Therapeutics in an all-cash transaction valuing the biopharmaceutical company up to $960 million. Martin Sorrell's S4 Capital SFOR.L said it had acquired two U.S.-based businesses for an undisclosed sum, as it moves faster to implement its revamped all-digital advertising strategy in Europe and elsewhere following Brexit. China's GEM Co Ltd 002340.SZ aims to double its stake in an Indonesian nickel development now delayed until 2022, taking majority control and buying most of stainless steel maker Tsingshan Holding Group's shares in the closely watched project. Activist investor Carl Icahn has sold more than half his stake in Herbalife (NYSE:HLF) Nutrition HLF.N back to the company for $600 million at $48.05 a share and has given up the five seats on the firm's board held by his representatives, Herbalife said in a statement. Australia's Link Administration Holdings Ltd LNK.AX said that U.S.-based SS&C Technology Holdings SSNC.O had withdrawn its offer to acquire Link Group.
