April 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Monday:

** Super Group, the parent company of online bookmaker Betway, said on Sunday it has agreed to go public through a merger with blank-check acquisition firm Sports Entertainment Acquisition Corp SEAH.N at a valuation of around $5 billion. Private equity firm Blackstone (NYSE:BX) Group Inc BX.N on Monday offered 82.62 billion rupees ($1.11 billion) to buy an additional 26% stake in Indian IT outsourcing services provider Mphasis Ltd MBFL.NS . UAE oil storage company BPGIC is in advanced talks to buy a green energy firm as it aims to diversify its business and contribute to the global push to fight climate change, an industry source close to the discussions told Reuters. Toshiba Corp's 6502.T second-biggest shareholder called on the Japanese conglomerate to undergo a strategic review and explicitly solicit suitors, saying potential acquirers were deterred by the company's comments on wanting to remain listed. X Nippon Mining & Metals, a unit of Japan's Eneos Holdings 5020.T , said on Monday it would sell its 5% stake in Indonesian copper smelter P.T. Smelting to Freeport-McMoRan Inc FCX.N for an undisclosed sum after a review of its portfolio. North America's freight rail customers, from grain shippers to logistics companies, are pushing for Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd CP.TO to win a bidding war for Kansas City Southern (NYSE:KSU) over rival Canadian National Railway CNR.TO , eyeing stronger competition and swifter service. Luminar Technologies Inc LAZR.O said it would partner with Airbus SE AIR.PA to test technologies which could increase aircraft safety and ultimately enable an autonomous flight with obstacle detection. Standard Industries Holdings Inc said it would buy global specialty chemicals company W. R. Grace & Co GRA.N in a sweetened $4.63 billion cash deal. Private equity firm Thoma Bravo said it would buy cybersecurity firm Proofpoint Inc PFPT.O for about $10.1 billion, at a time when remote working due to the pandemic has fueled a surge in demand for network security. New York Community Bancorp Inc NYCB.N agreed to buy Flagstar Bancorp Inc FBC.N for $2.6 billion in an all-stock deal, as U.S. regional banks look to consolidate to compete better against larger lenders in a low interest rate environment. Equiem, an Australian firm that offers tenant services for office buildings, has acquired the property management platform of British Land Co Plc BLND.L , a deal that marks a shift in how landlords address their real estate needs. Unilever Plc ULVR.L is acquiring food supplement company brand Onnit, the consumer goods giant said, joining rival Nestle SA NESN.S in expanding its portfolio of brands focused on health and nutrition. Standard Industries Holdings Inc said it would buy global specialty chemicals company W. R. Grace & Co GRA.N in a sweetened $4.63 billion cash deal. Nestle NESN.S is in talks to buy nutritional supplement maker The Bountiful Company, the Swiss food giant said, as it looks to move further into a health and nutrition sector that is growing faster than its traditional packaged food business. Spain's Abanca said it had paid 122.4 million euros ($147.9 million) for Credit Agricole 's CAGR.PA 99.81% stake in Basque bank Bankoa. Brazilian apparel retailer Grupo de Moda Soma SOMA3.SA is in exclusive talks to acquire Cia Hering HGTX3.SA for 5.3 billion reais ($967 million) in a cash and share deal, according to securities filings by both companies. Shares of Fortuna Silver Mines Inc FVI.TO tumbled by as much as 17% after the Canadian company agreed to buy West Africa-focused gold miner Roxgold Inc ROXG.TO in a cash-and-stock deal valued at about C$1 billion ($884.32 million). Max Polyakov, an ultra-wealthy entrepreneur with ambitions of building a space transportation empire, has acquired South African satellite maker Dragonfly Aerospace, he told Reuters.
