Investing.com – Morocco stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Chemicals, Real Estate and Utilities sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares fell 0.60% to hit a new 52-week low.
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Delta Holding S.A (CS:DHO), which rose 3.52% or 0.85 points to trade at 24.99 at the close. Meanwhile, Dari Couspate (CS:DARI) added 3.24% or 33 points to end at 1050 and M2M Group (CS:M2M) was up 2.17% or 4.90 points to 229.90 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Stroc Industrie (CS:STR), which fell 9.98% or 5.39 points to trade at 48.61 at the close. Alliances (CS:ADI) declined 8.28% or 3 points to end at 30 and Eqdom (CS:EQDM) was down 5.83% or 62 points to 1000.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 22 to 10 and 3 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.58% or 0.28 to $48.25 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.22% or 0.12 to hit $51.80 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.02% or 0.20 to trade at $1146.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was up 0.06% to 10.9210, while USD/MAD rose 0.11% to 9.6940.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.05% at 95.58.
