The Week Ahead: Major Canadian Earnings including Shopify, Enbridge, Pembina

Investing.com -- The week will be a busy one on the TSX, with earnings season in full swing and some of Canada’s biggest players expected to report earnings this week. 

In particular, it will be a major week for energy companies, with results expected from MEG Energy, Canadian Natural Resources (TSX:CNQ), Pembina Pipelines, and Enbridge (TSX:ENB). 

It’s also a big week for resource companies, with results expected from Lithium Americas, Wheaton Precious metals, Barrick Gold (NYSE:GOLD), Denison Mines (TSX:DML), and major gold-royalty streaming player Franco-Nevada Corp. 

Other major earnings to watch for this week include Shopify (TSX:SHOP), TMX group, Hydro One (TSX:H) and Telus.
