March 25 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index futures were subdued on Thursday, as gains were limited by concerns over renewed coronavirus lockdowns in Europe.
Sentiment in wider financial markets remained weak as investors grew wary about the economic outlook following a new round of coronavirus restrictions in the euro zone and potential U.S. tax hikes.
March futures on the S&P/TSX index SXFc1 were up 0.2% at 7:00 a.m. ET.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE ended 0.22% lower at 18,628.29 on Wednesday.
Dow Jones Industrial Average e-mini futures 1YMc1 were up 0.17% at 7:00 a.m. ET. S&P 500 e-mini futures ESc1 were up 0.21% and Nasdaq 100 e-mini futures NQc1 were up 0.31%. .N
