Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to bonds included in Index will not be less than 75%. 2. The fund will not create exposure to equities and/or foreign currency and/or non-investment grade bonds. 3. The rest of the fund's assets shall be invested according to the sole discretion of the fund manager. 4. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges will not exceed 10% of its net asset value. 5. The exposure to non-solid assets (non-government bonds, AA and above rated bonds, deposits and cash) will not exceed 30%. 6. The total exposure to assets which are not bonds issued by the state and/or guaranteed by it including T-Bills, will not exceed 50%.
