The Investment Objective is to provide the Shareholders with a return linked to the HS Global Style Rotation Total Return Index. The fund may: A) invest part or all of the net proceeds of any issue of Shares in one or more OTC swap transactions negotiated at arm’s length with a first class financial institution, and exchange the invested proceeds against the payoff linked to the performance of the Underlying Asset. B) invest all or part of net proceeds of the issue of Shares in transferable securities with investment grade or equivalent long term credit ratings issued by (i) financial institutions or corporates, (ii) sovereign states that are OECD Member States, (iii) shares or equity linked securities, and/or (iv) potentially some cash deposits with financialinstitutions with investment grade or equivalent long‐term credit ratings. C) invest in Underlying Securities of the Underlying Asset in proportion to their weighting in the Underlying Asset.

Prior to this, he held various COO roles. He holds an MBA from New York 1985, a Masters in Sciences and Techniques in Accounting and Finance from Paris 1984 and a Masters in Economic Sciences from Paris 1982. |
