The Fund aims to achieve long-term growth. The Fund will target returns in excess of the benchmark, measured over rolling three-year periods. This fund will consist solely of participatory interests in the Global Real Estate Securities Fund a sub-fund of the Investec Global Strategy Fund.

Biography | Peter is a portfolio manager at Investec Asset Management, where his focus is on real estate. Peter was instrumental in the launch of the Global Real Estate Securities Fund which he now manages, as well as having broader real estate responsibilities in the Investec Growthpoint Africa Property Platform. He joined the firm in 2008 initially in the property division, and later moved to the asset management division in 2010. He has a broad range of property experience having been involved in property development, direct and listed property investments and property finance. Peter graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Property Studies along with majors in Accounting and Finance. Peter is a CFA Charterholder. | ||

Biography | Neil is a portfolio manager within Investec Asset Management’s SA Equities & Multi Asset team, where his focus is on listed property. Neil commenced listed real estate portfolio management and analysis upon transferring to the investment team in February 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Neil worked in London at Coutts Private Bank and Deutsche Asset Management. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance. Neil is a CFA Charterholder. |
