The fund is invested in fixed income securities denominated in Norwegian kroner. The fund is invested in fixed income securities with a maximum fixed rate for 12 months. The duration of the Fund will be in the range of 0-6 months. Up to 100% of the fund's value may be invested in bonds with floating rate notes. The weighted average maturity will not exceed 1.5 years. Investments are made mainly in fixed income securities with a minimum credit quality of BBB minus ("investment grade"). The fund shall at all times be invested in assets with risk weight maximum of 20 per cent, cf. Regulations on capital adequacy of financial institutions. Proportion of subordinated loans are 0%. The fund has moderate risk profile. Fixed income funds will be exposed to credit risk. That is the risk that the issuer will not be able to meet its obligations when the bond matures. The Fund is classified as a money market fund of the Mutual Fund Association (VFF).
