Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to Israeli traded bonds issued by the state or guaranteed by it including T-bills shall not be less than 75%. 2. Exposure to foreign currency shall not exceed, in absolute value, 10%. 3. Exposure to non-investment grade rated bonds shall not exceed 10%. 4. The rest of the fund's assets shall be invested at the absolute discretion of the fund manager. 5. The total value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency, which will be held by the fund, plus exposure to an underlying asset traded derivatives activity abroad through overseas stock exchanges, shall not exceed 10% of its net asset value.
