Tim joined Hermes Investment Management in 2009 as a research analyst for the European Equities team and became lead portfolio manager of the ESG-integrated Hermes Europe ex-UK Equity Fund in 2015, which he also managed until he left Hermes. Prior to joining Hermes, Tim was an analyst at Sourcecap International, a European equity fund boutique, which Hermes acquired in 2009. Before that he was a primary research analyst at Execution Limited (which seeded Sourcecap), where he worked on major projects in the consumer, retail and financial services sectors.
