The Fund aims to provide capital growth and income in excess of the FTSE EPRA NAREIT Developed index (Net TR, USD) after fees have been deducted over a three to five year period by investing in equity and equity related securities of real estate companies worldwide and which the Investment Manager deems to be sustainable investments.

He was an Analyst LPTs at ING Investment Management, Sydney from 2002 to 2006, which involved researching listed Australian and Asian property stocks. He was an Assistant Fund Manager at Welcome Trust from 1999 to 2002, which involved being responsible for commercial property portfolio. Biography | Tom Walker is an Investment Director on the Inflation team, responsible for management of UK inflation linked bond funds and co-management of the Global inflation linked bond funds. Tom joined Abrdn as a result of the merger between Aberdeen Asset Management and Standard Life in August 2017. Tom originally joined Standard Life Investments as an Investment Analyst on the Real Returns Team in January 2013. At the time, his responsibilities included analysing markets and contributing to trade ideas, further to this he monitored positions and performance of funds, and provided attribution analysis to the team. In July 2016, Tom was appointed lead portfolio manager of the UK inflation linked bond mandates and from July 2018 was appointed co-manager on the global inflation linked bond funds. Biography | Alfred C. Otero has been a Managing Director of E.I.I. since 2002. Mr. Otero has been a member of the firm’s global real estate investment team and is primarily responsible for the firms U.S. real estate investment activities, as well as co manager of E.I.I.’s global real estate activities. He has been with E.I.I. for more than 10 years and has lead the firm’s U.S. REIT efforts since July 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Otero managed real estate investments and initiatives for Mutual of America Capital Management Corp. Biography | James Rehlaender, Chief Executive Officer and Global Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining with Jaguar Listed Property, LLC to establish the Adviser in 2014, Jim spent 14 years with EII Capital Management, Inc. (EII) where he was responsible for all non-US investments and was the co-portfolio manager for global portfolios. Jim was the portfolio manager of the EII International Property Fund for over a decade prior to joining Jaguar Listed Property (formerly Northwood Securities LLC). He was also on the board of EII's direct property business and assisted in the development of this business. Prior to EII, Jim had established Global Property Advisors together with Munich Re to focus on global real estate securities, which was ultimately merged into EII when Munich Re decided to exit the business. Jim's real estate career began when he joined LaSalle Partners (now JLL) where he was involved in the financing, development and management of a variety of property types - hotels, industrial, office, retail and student housing. Jim also was instrumental in establishing the US REIT business at LaSalle as well as their hotel group. Prior to starting his real estate career, Jim was involved in venture capital and international banking. He has lectured in property finance at Yale, Wharton, NYU and his alma mater, Northwestern University, where he received his MBA in finance and marketing. | ||

Biography | "Jonathan is a highly regarded investments executive with nearly 30 years of global experience, having worked in Australia, the United Kingdom and United States. He has a strong reputation as a leader in asset management. Most recently Jonathan was the Chief Investment Officer and General Manager of Asset Management at MLC. His responsibilities included managing multi-asset diversified funds, fixed income, private equity and alternative capabilities. He joined MLC in August 2011 as Head of Global Equities, before becoming Head of Equities in December 2011 and being appointed Chief Investment Officer in March 2013. Prior to MLC, Jonathan spent 20 years at Schroders, where he held roles including Head of US Equities and Deputy Head of Global Equities.
