The Sub-Fund invests its net assets predominantly in a diversified portfolio comprised of equities and/or other Transferable Securities (warrants on Transferable Securities – up to a maximum of 10% of the net assets of the Sub-Fund – and convertible bonds) issued by companies established, listed or traded in the US and offering an attractive dividend rate. Issuers are companies whose head office or main business activity is based in the United States. The Sub-Fund uses active management to target companies with attractive dividend yield, with deviation limits maintained relative to the Index. Its investments will therefore materially deviate from the Index.
