The Fund’s objective is total return with an emphasis on current income but also considering capital appreciation, measured in U.S. dollars. The Fund invests primarily (at least 70%) in U.S. government securities, including mortgage-backed securities. The Fund may also invest in other debt instruments. The Fund invests substantially all of its assets in investment grade debt instruments. The Fund may invest a relatively large percentage of its assets in a small number of issuers. In purchasing or selling mortgage-backed securities, the Fund may do so directly or through to-be-announced (TBA) transactions. The Investment Manager may consider environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors in its fundamental investment analysis alongside other factors.

Peter earned a bachelor's degree in finance from New York University. He is a member of the Lehman Brothers Index Advisory Council.
