1. At least 50% of the net asset value of the fund will be exposed to equities of firms traded or listed overseas, which the fund manager defines as "value equities". (Value Equities are equities traded under their economic value). 2. Exposure to equities will not exceed, in absolute value, 120%. 3. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 120%. 4. The fund might create exposure to non-investment grade bonds up to 120%. 5. The fund will not create exposure to banking corporates credit risks, which are not included in the first credit risk group rating, through cash deposits and deposits. 6.
