Investment Strategy

1. Exposure rate of to non-investment grade rated bonds should not exceed an absolute value of 120%. 2. Foreign currency exposure rate shall not exceed an absolute value of 120%. 3. Exposure rate to shares shall not exceed an absolute value of 120%. 4. Fund means should be invested in securities, derivatives and deposits, which the fund manager will find suitable for investment according to Jewish Halacha laws. Rabi Dvir will give his concession to those investments, assuring that they meet the requirements of Jewish laws. Fund's means will be deposited only in banks authorized by Rabi Dvir. 5. Overall value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency plus exposure to an underlying asset traded derivatives activity abroad through overseas exchanges may exceed 10% of the net asset value of the fund. 6. Remaining assets of the Fund will be invested according to the absolute discretion of the fund manager.
