Investment Strategy

1. At least 75% of the fund's assets will be exposed to any kind of bonds, including certificates of deposit, provided that at least 50% will have exposure to bonds without certificates of deposit. 2. There will be no exposure to equities. 3. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 10%. 4. There will be no exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 5. All the bonds which will be purchased for the fund will be only A+ and up. 6. The average duration of the investment portfolio will not exceed 2 years. 7. The average duration of a single bond will not exceed 3 years.
