Investment Strategy

1. The exposure to indexed-linked bonds issued by the State of Israel and/or guaranteed by it shall not be less than 75% of the net asset value of the fund. 2. The cumulative exposure to other assets (according to legal provisions) that are not indexed-linked bonds issued by the State of Israel and/or guaranteed by it shall not exceed 25% of the net asset value of the fund. 3. The fund shall not create exposure to equities. 4. The fund shall not create exposure to foreign currency. 5. The fund shall not create exposure to bonds that are not investment grade and/or bonds unrelated to Israel (except if the rating of such bonds is AA- and above or equivalent). 6. The fund shall create exposure to credit risk of banking corporations included in the first credit risk group only.
