Investment Strategy

1. The fund benchmark is a Combined benchmark consisting of: 40% Tel Aviv SE Tel-Bond 20, 30% Tel Aviv SE Tel-Bond - CPI Linked SmallCap and 30% Tel Aviv SE Tel-Bond Shekel TR ILS 2. The target of the Fund is to achieve similar results, as far as possible, to the rates of change in the fund's benchmark. 3. Exposure bonds included in the fund shall not be less than 75% - of the net asset value of the fund. 4. The fund should not create any exposure to shares. 5. The fund should not create any exposure to foreign currency. 6. The fund should not create any exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 7. The Fund Manager may invest the fund means at his absolute discretion, and is well qualified to determine the amount of the fund's assets include cash from time to time.
