Investment Strategy

The investment objective of the Company in relation to the fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation through the investment of at least two thirds of its assets in a portfolio of carefully selected shares, which are listed on a stock-exchange or dealt on another Regulated Market or Multilateral Trading Facility (“MTF”) worldwide (including Emerging Markets) and other equity securities and rights of companies with energy-efficient products and technologies or of companies whose main activity consists of owing shareholdings in such companies or financing such companies.
