Biography | Nor Hanifah Hashim is the chief executive officer, head of Malaysia fixed income and sukuk for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Ms. Hashim is responsible for leading fixed income in Malaysia and developing investment policies for the Malaysian market. She collaborates with global teams to support global fixed income capabilities, and helps to identify market trends to increase Franklin Templeton Global Sukuk Committee's market penetration in Malaysia. Ms. Hashim has over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to her current role, Ms. Hashim was an executive vice president for CIMB - Principal Asset Management Berhad/Investment Bank. She also was previously with Sime Darby Berhad. Ms. Hashim joined Franklin Templeton in 2011 as the head of Malaysia fixed income and sukuk. Ms. Hashim holds a bachelor of science in economics and international relationships from University of Wisconsin Madison. She is a national member of Financial Market Association - Malaysia, and obtained her Capital Markets Services Representative License (CMSRL) in 2004. |
