Investment Strategy

"The fund aims to maximise returns by aggressively managing the assets in the portfolio so as to actively take advantage of changing economic and market conditions. The fund invests across share, bond, money and property markets. It achieves its performance objectives by, firstly, actively changing the asset allocation of the fund, both between and within asset classes and, secondly, through focused and aggressive stock selection based on in-house research. The fund aims to substantially outperform the Consumer Price Index over rolling 12-month periods, thus providing investors with high real returns."
